Hotel was more comfortable than I anticipated. Shower and overall space were good and receptionists were helpful. The room was lacking a deadbold and a knob on the bathroom door. It's a good cost-benefit, specially if you're willing to overlook a few aspects.

Stay here twice. It was good both times, it's a hotel, not everything is going to be perfect. Something affordable decent.

I DID NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! SOME SCAMMER LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT AND BOOKED THIS HOTEL AND EXPEDIA REFUSED TO TAKE ANY ACTION! I WILL NOT USE EXPEDIA AGAIN! SHAME ON YOU EXPEDIA! GOOD THING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TOOK ACTION. I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY A DIME ON THIS SCAM.

Check in was easy! But the WiFi didn't work and the walls or the vents were pumping cigarette smoke. I was on the 2 nd floor and the exit door was so loud I couldn't sleep

Short stay, 2 nights, but well suited for my quick trip to NYC. Decent price also. Staff was courteous. My only complaint was soap dispenser had no soap.

The worst dirtiest hotel, unsafe, some people smoking canabis inside the hotel, one bottle of water $3 and you have no choice. Someone knocked at windows all night.

We stayed here due to our flight being canceled. The room had no soap/shampoo/etc. Bedding had bleach stains and holes in it. Towels were very thin and only one set in a room with 2 queen beds. Check-in and check-out process and staff were very friendly and nice!

My room was getting knocked on throughout the whole night. I felt unsafe im not sure if they were coming there to buy drugs. But the staff only brought me one towel when I called for room service. The lobby entrance coming in had a weird smell.

This hotel was truly a nightmare. The stay started with the checkin desk ignoring me to take a phone call on a personal cell phone. The hotel was dirty and covered in trash. The hotel room had one towel and the bed comforter had several holes in it. Cleanliness aside, if you want a good night sleep think again. The amount of screaming and yelling all night every night was unbelievable. And the absolute worst part was on my final night stay at midnight someone entered my room with a key. 100% the worst experience and I recommend no one stay here ever. REMOVE FROM HOTELS.COM!!!

Although this wasn’t the worst place we have stayed it was still pretty bad. Our room only had one towel in it and it took hours for them to bring us another. The property was filthy and so was the room. The smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling, and there was an electrical issue with the lights, which went off whenever we leant against the bed head while sitting up to watch tv. It was convenient to the train and the zoo and the area was an experience in itself - but I wouldn’t go back.
