It was surprisingly a good place. Stand up shower with shower gel and shampoo and conditioner included. Nice room with huge television. Tooth brushes and mouth wash were included as well. 24 hour front desk service with unlimited snacks.
If you have any late night cravings it’s down the street from Whataburger and a few gas stations as well

Property was clean and office staff were really nice. My only complaint was there wasn’t a blanket in the room. Just a sheet and the decorative topper. I called front office and they found a blanket for me. This place is convenient and close to the airport. You can hear the highway, but I was gone most of the time anyway so it didn’t bother me too much.

We came to rhe hotel on July 8th, 2024. They didn't have power and refused to check us in. A week and a half later, I am still fighting to get refunded.
It is not my fault that you didn't have power. I do not want to be charged for a room that we did not use. I have my son with me and we had to stay in the airport for 14 hours!!!!

This location was so convenient for my flight at George W. Bush Intercontinental. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and professional. My only complaint is that some of the washcloths/towels in my room were stained, but i just used different ones.

Convenient place to stay at not far from IAH. Friendly staff and they were able to accommodate my request for a late checkout (with an extra payment). Convenient to freeway but traffic noise did not penetrate into my room. Elevator to second floor was appreciated!

There is always a staff 24/7 which is nice and provide free bottled water. It may be slightly hard to hear the staff at night through the safety window, but they are patient and answer all the questions you may have.

Very quiet and clean. Perfect basic accommodations for a short stay. Will need car or delivery for meals as the location is right off of a busy highway and in the midst of industrial area. Ten mins or so from airport. No shuttle service but Uber was efficient solution.

It was very convenient to the airport but it was too close to the busy highway. There was almost no water pressure in the sink. Shower and tv were great. The proprietoress has the nicest smile ever.
