It was an amazing stay. The staff was very professional and super friendly and Raven is a front desk clerk she was absolutely wonderful and very friendly the only issue I had was the$100 deposit you get it back but I’m from Atl, GA they charge you a $50 deposit if you’re local and none if you’re from out of town. But other than that I would no doubt stay there if I’m in the area again.

We got in late after a 2 hour drive from the airport and when we got in our room it smelled like Pot. Bad! We went down and told the lady at the desk that we couldn’t stay in that room and she said they had no other rooms. Then she went up and checked our room and said yes it smelled like Pot and that she sprayed some “stuff” but it takes awhile to settle in and absorb the odor. It’s like 2am at this point and we’re exhausted. She agreed to not charge us and we left. Our card was still charged $300 for 2 nights that we didn’t stay there.

The lobby had a strong air freshener...a bit much for me. The couple in the next room was a little loud but the breakfast had a good variety and the price was great due to Expedia. Comfy bed too.

Quiet area, faces Interstate from frontage road but not annoying, away from traffic.
Super clean, Lisa was great, wheelchair accessibility was good, room was very wheelchair accessible , roll in shower and bathroom accessibility were great, too, but only found with a king bed.Breakfast was ok.

The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Got 3 good nights sleep there. The coffee was not the best, but still good enough to drink black. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was okay, for a three day stay in my opinion it does need more variety. My only complaint is the matress (you can feel the wires on the edges). They do need new matress for it to be given 5 stars.
