Great stay from check in to check out. Not on a busy through road so noise reduced. This is a terrific hotel only 7 minutes walk from Liverpool Street station.

Great hotel, lovely super quiet location. Rooms very well soundproofed. Great transport links. Less than 5 minute walk to both Moorgate and Liverpool street undergrounds.

Staff are excellent at this hotel. Very friendly and accommodating. They gave us early check in and a free upgrade plus a free drink as it was a celebration.
Never tried the food but sure it would be lovely.
Rooms, spacious, clean, and comforting. Bathroom had a bath and a rainfall shower. The taking off of 1 star may of been a bit unfair and if I could only take off a smidge of the last star, I would have done. This was only because of the rainfall shower.. it was a bit clogged up making the shower less like a rainfall and more like a normal shower head. A bit of de scaling would have probably sorted it.
Other than that, I would be back!

Lovely property, slept really well and there was no noise!! I think that is the first ever for me in a stay in London! Abit off the beaten track but close enough to walk to Moorgate or Liverpool Street stations. Staff very friendly

The property was extremely safe and clean. It is in a tranquil area and I did not feel unsafe. At times my phone directions weren't working, and the employees in the nearby businesses were helpful and nice and showed me how to get there. The hotel didn't offer many amenities, but it was still a safe and relatively affordable option. I had a good time overall.

Stunning room, big size for London. The bathroom was lovely with both a separate shower and bathtub. The service was brilliant. The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the shower pressure was a bit low but other than that a really lovely stay.

Now we checked in on Friday afternoon and checked out Monday morning, which meant a very quiet weekend! The hotel was wonderful, great amenities and location. We highly recommend!

We needed to make a last minute reservation because of the deplorable condition of our first hotel. The staff at the Clayton could not have been more helpful, and even though this hotel is in the business district of London and we were staying on a weekend, there was still a lot to do in the Liverpool Street area

Hotel was very clean and close to the underground, we arrived early and room was not ready. Front desk staff gave us a hard time on the breakfast which was included and I was told I had to pay to get whatever room available at the time of arrival. Expedia VIP amenities were totally neglected.

The Hotel contacted us a few days prior to arrival to offer an upgrade at a reduced rate & the Deluxe room 509 was amazing - loved having a sofa to relax on, mini fridge with water & snacks & beautiful bathroom. The bar had a good range of seating & the barman in the evening was great and even said goodnight to everyone still in the bar before he left. Breakfast in the morning was delicious - there was plenty to choose from - nice to be served rather than a buffet. Great hotel not too far from the tube - would choose this hotel again.
