Ac wasn’t working at all. One of the days we had no hot water in the shower. When checking in the person was rude and friendly at all.

The wait staff in the lobby lounge were awesome. The room itself was small with no closets or luggage space. The AC was inefficient. The breakfast buffet was expensive for what you got.

Have stayed here before, modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Close to the RAI train station and (new) metro line so is very convenient to get to airport and downtown. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. The hotel was super busy for some reason and service was slow with a lot of people waiting in the lobby area. Skipped breakfast due to long lines. Good value for money.

Nice facilities, comfortable beds and modern rooms not quite downtown but easyly connected to both city center and airport by public transport. Recommended!

The facilites are beautiful and in excellent state. Very clean and beautifully decorated, like the room. Aside from the great cleaning, the room is also very comfortable. The breakfast offered is very mix for different eating habits and of high quality products. The staff is very friendly and nice. I loved this hotel and everything about it, I would definitely use it again and totally recommend it!! 10/10.
