The room is clean and comfortable, outside of that, it was not great. I couldn't go to sleep till 3 AM on a Saturday night as the loud music outside kept going and the walls and windows provided little soundproof. The location is good, walkable to downtown area with lots of local shops and restaurants. If you are sensitive to noise, this hotel will not give you a good night sleep

There was one towel in the room for 2 people. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. We tried to get dinner but there was no waiter that could explain the options.

Saturday morning trying sleep some more and the wlhousekeepung staff was making a lot of noise. We were staying in room 123 and the noise was horrible being made by the housekeeping staff at 8am. Ridiculous and disrespectful for guests. Managers should teach them some manners.

We got to the hotel and there was no parking out in front to even go in to check in. It’s near markets, etc- we had luggage in our SUV and decided that even if we could park there, which we couldn’t, our things were t safe in the street. We tried to call them but got no response. So even though we had paid for the night, we left and went to fund another hotel.

Personal is friendly. Breakfast is fairly ok. Rooms need to be painted and lobby needs to be clean a little more often. I’ll stay there again. If you are picky don’t stay there but room was comfortable. Great stay!

Very good value for the money. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast could use a little more variety, although that probably due to covid. Over all I would absolutely recommend the place especially because the location in the city is great.

We got off to a rocky start. The hotel is on very busy downtown streets. There was nothing in our reservation to indicate where parking is located. It is at the back of the building. Underground and secure but we didn't know that. I ran in to ask about parking but had to take an elevatorup a couple of floors to find the lobby while my husband drove in circles around the block until I had an answer. So better parking instructions is a must. Bed comfortable. Everything in the room worked. A delicious healthy and COVID-safe breakfast was served. Fruit salad, fresh juice and coffee, eggs, beans, rice and chips
