The hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was great! A few elevators weren’t working and we had to wait a long time a few times. The staff was amazing!!!! Andrea at the front desk was the best; so kind and helpful!

I like the bathrooms and breakfast, but the area is not to safe

I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown with my husband and daughter in a two-bed queen suite for two nights. We chose this hotel for its convenient location near our destination, as we needed to be close to the funeral home due to a recent family bereavement. Unfortunately, our stay was far from satisfactory. The room was unpleasantly, humid, and unhygienic. The carpet was filthy—our white socks turned black from walking on it. To make matters worse, we did not receive fresh towels, and housekeeping never came to freshen up the room during our stay. I had to personally go to the front desk to request fresh towels, which took forever to arrive. The air conditioning unit was blowing out damp air, contributing to a musty, garbage-like odor throughout the room. Additionally, the walls were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was severely lacking. We were deeply disappointed with this experience, especially during such a difficult time. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the conditions for future guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay. Clean, well-kept and contemporary design. Service was top-notch. Walking distance to anything you could want to eat or drink, although the weather kept us inside. The Bistro offers a limited but tasty menu. Cable went out soon after we arrived (maybe weather related) but we didnt mind. Bed was very comfortable (I prefer a bit of a softer bed). No problems with the attached parking garage. We stayed on a Friday night of a major holiday weekend. No wait for check-in or check-out. A few noises like closed doors or people talking while passing our room, very reasonable for a hotel. Some street noise, but not nearly as nosiy as I expected staying downtown in a major metropolitan area. Beakfast was great (eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and many cold/continental options). Overall a great time, and we would definitely stay again.

All staff was very friendly. Our hotel accommodations were very clean, accessible and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our check in went very smooth. Parking is easily accessible. Our room is very clean and spacious. This hotel location is perfect to restaurants, entertainments and walking.

Our room was a double with very comfortable queen beds with a sitting area. The room layout is rather interesting. While the room has a tv, don't plan to watch it, it's not in the line of sight. It was definitely not a problem for us, but could be a challenge if you really want to watch tv. I would highly recommend the hotel.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the general friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. If we return to Indianapolis, we will stay at Springhill Suites.
