Went to Vancouver for the Eras tour and this location was amazing. Right across from the Vancouver Christmas Market. So beautifully decorated for Christmas. Great central location. We did the Vandussen Gardens one night and then Capilano Suspension bridge park another night and I would highly recommend these attractions for guests. The bridge park has a shuttle that leaves from about 2 blocks from the hotel and transports you free of charge.
Beds were so cozy and the room had great views of the mountains and bay.

This was the best Fairmont I’ve stayed at to date. They were extremely attentive, remembered me from day to day, the personal touch goes a long way. I get that it’s a higher end hotel, but for me I’m willing to pay the extra money to get that level of service. Rooms were updated, harbor view rooms have a great view of seaplanes which is an added bonus. Fairmont amenities are always top notch.

It’s our home away from home. My husband was there for a business trip and his eye got really bad. At one point, he couldn’t see. The staff were amazing. They took care of him and continued to check in on him the entire stay. One of the best hotels in the world.

Amazing hotel with great service, fun (noisy) bar, excellent sushi. Lovely outdoor heated pool. Decor is fabulous. Staff are all delightful, helpful and above standard. Bring your Gold card though. Prices are over the top. Between the taxes, obligatory service fees etc, it is very expensive. If you can afford it, this is a brilliant hotel conveniently located right downtown. Close to the seaplanes, fast ferry (Hullo) shopping and restaurants. It’s a 10!

We have been to this hotel for a couple of times. It never disappoints me. The service is consistently good. The breakfast at botany garden is amazing. Strongly recommended.

I've stayed here before but it's even better than I remembered.We had an amazing staycation celebrating my friends birthday. The service is incredible! We went to dinner and they tidied our towels, gave us new robes and laid our wet bathing suits out to dry. Then they did a turn down service later, maybe when we were in the lounge I think. They totally spoiled us! Literally everyone is so nice and accommodating!
Highly recommend Botanist and the lounge downstairs. The weather was awful and we had everything we needed in the building. Including late night room service and breakfast in bed the next morning lol. I love that checkout isn't until noon so you can get some hot tub or spa action in before you go too.

The hotel is absolutely Beautiful, great location and walking distance from some of the best restaurants and shops.
The staff at this hotel are the Friendliest and most helpful of all the other Hotels I have stayed at. They exceeded my expectations.

The Fairmont Pacific Rim made our trip to Vancouver extra special. Everyone was so friendly and hospitable. The doormen, bellmen, and car service drivers are top notch! Especially Jeff! We loved the vibe in the lobby bar. Great food and drinks at every dining location, including in room dining. The spa was lovely. All facilities were clean and well kept. The view from our room was beautiful. Great location. We will definitely come back to Vancouver just to stay at the Pac Rim.

Would have liked a mirror in the room area anywhere as a person sharing the room with another, we had to take turns in bathroom as opposed to getting ready at the same time. That was the only downfall.
