Loved our stays. For the prices I paid I expected a suite in a hotel on the Canal Park.

Terrible dirty rooms, we did not get a room until 8:30 pm and had to wait and first room was filthy dirty, messy and was told it was clean.

Nicer than we expected. Still a little pricey, but clean, quiet and pretty decent breakfast options. Dog friendly was a plus for us. Nice towels!

We were put into a handicap room 328 and neither one of us are handicap and the water pressure in the shower was super low. But other then that our stay was fine.

Staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating. The lighting in the room was too minimal for reading - no light on the desk & only one light bulb in a two bulb lamp. It would be helpful to have a mirror over the desk & put the picture on a different wall.

Nice continental breakfast. More gluten free options would be nice!! Water didn't drain in the tub. Toilet didn't flush well. Reported both issues at checkout.

Great location

The front desk guy “Joe” seemed extremely lackadaisical, when we drove three hours to this hotel. We went to check in at 3 PM and he told us there was a glitch in the system and we were unable to check in at this time so we asked when will we be able to check in? He said he has no idea and it’s a 50-50 chance that we will be able to check in, so I asked if you could give me a time 6 PM, 7 PM? Again, he seemed extremely laxed days ago and very nonchalant, and said I’m not too sure it’s a glitch in the system. He seemed extremely uncharismatic about his job and just had no remorse about our inability to check in mind you, we drove three hours to get to the hotel , I understand technical difficulties happen but for him to just say he doesn’t know it all was just a bit extreme. He could’ve given us some reassurance and said “I’m not too sure but I sure you you will be able to check in in one to three hours” but no, he just seemed like it wasn’t bothering him at all . I would not stay here again.

The hot tub wasnt working our entire stay, thats the entire reason we chose this hotel. Very disappointing. I appreciate their efforts in trying to fix it while we were there.

Had a great stay, but all but one pillow in our room needed to be replaced.

Linens didn’t look washed at all. Lots of stains and since pets are allowed notice pee stains on linens. Pull out bed had stains too. Pool was too small and deep for my kiddos to enjoy. Not enough tables and chairs to eat breakfast.
