We had a very good stay , breakfast was the best , with many kind of cheeses bread salami fruits vegetables salads and more , the best staff was Angela , she welcomed us very nicely, the other lady was ok , thank you for everything

The breakfast is the same we've been here for the past 14 days and they don't change the breakfast and when you ask him to cook something for you different they won't do it Other than that it's in a good place and it's close to a mall you get to go everywhere you don't need a rental car in this country

One kind of the experience - we stayed in the room which was converted from a former sauna with no windows, fully tiled walls and even the old pipes and drainage in the floor. Saying this the room was very spacious but the air con was as loud as the airplane turbine. Located rather far from the city center to make it walkable distance

Upon our arrival our double bed room in second floor which was to have nice view was not ready, instead we were moved to a triple bed room on third floor with view of rubble and slum and poorly laminated floor that kept making noises with every step. The receptionist assured us that our room will be ready for next day and suggested that we keep everything packed so they would ship our luggage. This never happened and they even didn't bother to inform us. The night was cold but heating system wasn't working and we froze the first night. Until they gave us a separate heater for the second night. I decided to extend my stay for another four nights but when approached the receptionist she even didn't bother to check and denied the existence of any vacancy. However, exactly after ten minutes she called and informed me of available vacancy. Of course I didn't bother to extend my stay in such mismanaged establishment.
