This hotel is luxury price with a motel 6 service and amenities. Located up a ateep hill with golf cart transportation spotty at best. We had to walk multiple times. No bar or dining, unattentive staff. Not locally owned and clearly has poor managment. Most disappointing hotel stay ever. When paying 1k per night, a certain level of service and amenities are expected and a room full of ants are not! Beautiful view and private balcony were nice as was a high end blowdryer. Caucasion gray haired driver was amazing. Gave us historical facts on the drive to town. If all staff were like him, our stay would have been different.

First off this was our honeymoon and I had made a special call to let them know and make sure our room would be nice a few weeks ahead. When we checked in someone elses luggage in our room and the door was a jar, it was also Nextdoor to the laundry room. I was upset and requested another room was told they were full (which is hard to believe). There was potato chip bag in the garbage. There was tissues with ants in the ice bucket. There was stomping upstairs late at night. There was a blinking light on our ceiling above our bed. The door barely locked. The Wi-Fi was slow. There was an ant invasion in our room, the headboard on our bed smelled bad and the number for the shuttle was discontinued when we did need it. I used to run a boutique hotel and was shocked there was no offer to make things better right from the start. Sorry to say we were disappointed.

Everything was great except you can hear everything from others rooms. We had a neighbor that was snoring all night so loud that we could not fall asleep. Luckily they were gone the next day and we finally got some rest

We were in room 203 above the pool. Great room with spectacular wraparound balcony. Next time I would like room 303 above us, but one of the best views overlooking Avalon.

Location is great, oceanfront views amazing! Clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and welcoming! The free transportation back and forth to the hotel is great!

Everything about this resort is amazing. Not one thing I could complain about in my 3 day stay. Breakfast was delicious, view was amazing, pool is centrally located on terrace. Will be coming back and recommending my friends.
