The room was lovely and very comfortable. We appreciated the welcome items. The woman working at the bar was so kind to take my dinner order, expedite it being prepared and brought it out quickly to me. After a long travel day, I appreciated this kindness so I could get to my room and relax. We were happy to be so close to the airport and still have shuttle service which was great for our bags.

A major housekeeping incident (walking in on a guest despite being told not to enter the room, and despite the door bolt having been engaged) was unpleasant enough in the first place. But a weak and jumbled response by management to the incident evoked my anger when I went down to the front desk shortly after.

Lobby staff were very friendly and helpful! Some of the breakfast staff seem burned out on their jobs. The food was filling and tasty though. The room was clean and comfortable and we slept well! But the traffic below is noisy in the morning and we woke up to all the honking. Easy walk to the airport right down the street. We will stay again.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in was swift. The shuttle to and from the airport is timely and helpful. Great location for the airport. You can walk if you don't have too much luggage. Dinner and breakfast buffets are abundant but only mediocre quality. Bathroom is very little.

It’s ok.
Great location for the airport and really nice restaurant with decent food and nice drinks (unusually good for airport hotel).
Rooms are ok, quite noisy, very hard bed and weird frosted glass toilet/shower.
Staff are nice though.

Only over night stay in premium room. Room was very nice, spacious for Europe and large bathtub and separate shower. Breakfast came with room which was badger style and lots of choices. A five minute from international airport downhill and shuttle service back to airport.

Great airport hotel. Helpful and attentive staff. Just an overnight stay with an early morning flight and the front desk set us up to receive a breakfast box in the AM. Good move. Nothing open at the airport that early (3:30am) and our breakfast box saved us.

Great to stay for quick access to airport. Never could get ac to work and rom was a bit stuffy, but would stay again for an early flight out.

Very busy in the evening. We weren’t very hungry so ate in the Lounge, needed more staff, it could be a bigger area, more seating. Food was good.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and nice. Room was clean and pleasant. Soundproofing is great as it is so close to the airport. However, the food in the restaurant was subpar very disappointed in this if people stay there eat elsewhere.

This is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed at - among MANY. The service was friendly. The room was well appointed - AND quiet. The service and food at dinner was great. I would absolutely stay here again.

I love this hotel when I need quick access to the Lisbon airport the following day.
Every employee from the person who answered the phone and gave me directions to the shuttle pick up, the shuttle driver, the front desk staff and restaurant personnel were friendly and professional.
Both times I stayed at the Meliá Hotel, my meals were excellent with five star service!

Everything was very nice except they promised us a packed breakfast as we were leaving very early. When we checked out, they had no record so no food for us!

It took over 20 minutes before a server came over to us, and that only after we complained at the desk. After that it was over 40 minutes before the meal was served. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that they were not on duty. One of the worst restaurant experiances ever!
