Booked a superior room and was fortunate in getting the corner room. Beautiful view of the V&A and Discovery. Room spotless and roomy. All in all well worth it.

Comfortable bed clean reasonably well maintained hotel and friendly helpful staff. The services, heating etc were a little noisy but probably only an issue for very light sleepers.

Staff were lovely. Room was really clean and good size. Bed was comfy as were the pillows! Slept amazing. Shower was also really good. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay and so convenient to all the nearby places. Our room was clean and quiet. Staff was amazing and so helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay. Room was clean and looked great. Had tea/tea in room along with TV, hairdryer and kettle. Was more than comfortable and the staff were great. Never heard any adjoining rooms once inside. Would 100% recommend and be back.

It was nice and comfortable, would definitely stay again next time i visit family in Dundee, hopefully get a better view rather than the train station

Great budget hotel...quite amazed by size of the room, brilliant view of railway bridge. Staff lovely and very helpful. Room was spotless.

It was sensational!! Everything was so vibrant and new and the cleanliness and layout was easy and top notch!

Always love staying here, staff always friendly, hotel is central for everything, only complaint is the small kettle as it doesn’t hold enough for two cups of tea. Dundee is a love city.

Lovely but breakfast luke warm … not hot…. not worth the money. Would have been given a refund, but they were unable to do so because I’d booked through Hotels.com ??? Disappointed to say the least.

Excellent hotel, clean and tidy. Room was a good size and perfect for our needs. Enjoyed sitting in the bar enjoying the view of the city go by.
With the parking been just around the corner worked them a treat.
