Great hotel with friendly helpful staff. We had breakfast which was buffet a selection of hot and cold to choose from. In the Jewish quarter with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

The hotel room was big and comfortable, but there was a very worn carpet that smelled noticeably of cigarettes. Except for the carpet, the room was clean and cozy, as was the hotel. The staff was polite and professional.

Very nice hotel, perfect location in Krakow. We got upgrade to Junior Suite at check-in which was a pleasant surprise. The was big and comfortable with the biggest comfiest bathroom ever. If I’m back to Kraków, I’ll definitely stay again at Metropolitan. Thanks!

Very nice boutique hotel. The attached restaurant was an added bonus, we ate there twice and the service and food quality were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Service and staff were very good. Convenient parking was available. Breakfast was nice. The earlier you went the better selections available. Directly across the street was a grocery market. Directly next door is the Banksy museum.
We had a twin bed room which was upgraded (?) to a triple…we used the extra bed for luggage. It was the smallest and most uncomfortable bed I’ve encountered. I stay in hotels about 40-60 days a year and have never had to say this but it needs to be said.
We ate in the Fab Fusion restaurant one night and the meal was very underwhelming.

Excellent, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and welcoming. Location was good for the old town . Would recommend to friends and family if visiting Krakow.

We had a room facing the street. The noise from trafick and trams was considerable. If you are sencitive to noice request a room facing the backside. Very nice hotel! Nice and fresh breakfast. Very close to everything. Perfect for a weekend trip!

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. 5 minute walk to Grzegorzki Kraków station to get to and from airport (pay on train with card or cash). Centrally located for easy access (walking distance) to Old Town and other areas of interest. Would definitely recommend and would use again. Can't comment on breakfast as in morning only wanted small snack; this was available from supermarket across from hotel entrance which was well stocked for all needs. All in, an excellent place to stay.

We checked-in quite late and had a short stay, but it was great.
Especially the receptionist did a fantastic job, as the bed in our room had to be changed. Although it was my fault during the book process they apologized and even gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine.

Staff were superb, great location and generally a really comfortable hotel. Food in the restaurant was also excellent. Only change I’d make is a firmer pillow but that’s a personal choice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel was just perfect in every way. It was clean, the breakfast was great, the rooms were fabulous, the staff were helpful & the location was good. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Everything was great however the staff in the restaurant needs to have a better attitude they don’t smile and behave like they’re doing us huge favor if they don’t like service work then they should get another job. Actually it’s like that all over Poland😒 they’re giving Poland a bad reputation

It was perfect for our needs. Three twin beds, nice bathroom, breakfast every morning. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy walking distance to Wawel castle and Rynek.

Excellent hotel. Lovely room. Great staff. Within easy walking distance of main square Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Spent great few nights in Krakow. Lovely breakfasts too.
