I had a wonderful experience at Crossbasket Castle. The property is stunning, the staff are friendly and provide exceptional service and the dining is outstanding. I would highly recommend a stay at this property and hope to return for another stay in the future.

This by far was our favorite place to stay while we were in Scotland. Our room was huge, amazing property. It was my wife's birthday and they helped celebrate it at dinner. Yes, this place cost a pretty penny, but for one night we stayed in a castle and my wife felt like a queen. Such a beautiful location and property. Staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating.

Everything was clean. Room was a little small but bathroom was a nice size. Grounds were well maintained compared to other castles we stayed at on this vacation. Service was impeccable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We don't usually travel in "luxury" hotels so this was a very fun treat with a great dinner at the restaurant and a generous breakfast and many details we were not expecting. We felt very pampered.

We stayed in the east house and was great for our family of 5 the accommodations were fabulous just wish we were prepared for all the construction as they are adding more facilities but it didn’t hamper our stay at all. Staff couldn’t be nicer!

From the moment you step through the door you are the most important guest they have. The castle was stunning inside and out. The staff were phenominal. This property is worth coming back for. A 10plus. Our room was absolutely breathtaking! A surprise bed turn down.
Cannot say enough about Crossbasket Castle! It is worth staying here. You will not regret it!

I highly Recommend the gate lodge for a fantastic experience with hot rock spa, steamer, bathtub and additional shower all inside one bathroom. Best sleep I’ve had in a while.

If you have always dreamed of staying in a castle STAY HERE!!! It was the most gorgeous place with incredible service and food. The rooms are right out of a story book. I would stay here forever if I could!

The property and country house hotel are beautiful and the staff are very pleasant. The location is very pretty sited on a river with large parks for walking.The food was excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

I was charged for two nights and was not issued a refund for the cancelled night. Expedia blames Crossbucket, Crossbucket blames Expedia. This is not okay!

Beautiful hotel with Stunning grounds. We stayed in a lodge & it was better than expected.
The sauna & steam room within the lodge were a welcome surprise.
One disappointment was that the Hot Tub was broken & we were planning on using it.
We were offered another lodge but we had already unpacked & we’re just about to go out.
A special mention to all the staff we met, who were great!
