This was a very laid back and fun atmosphere. I met wonderful people and the hosts were more like meeting family than checking into a hotel. It made for a very relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen had coffee and tea with a refrigerator and oven if you wanted to cook. The host was a fount of information about the area. Must love horses and animals if you want to stay here as you are wonderfully surrounded by them. It's not a hotel, it's a home away from home and a wonderfully cozy stay.

My room could have had a couple more things to make it an easier and more pleasant stay such as a bedside table for my phone and book, tissues and/or bin. Perhaps some fake flowers for the window? Some practical things that should be there for the price though. Walls are very thin as you can hear everyone walking in the halls, talking in the kitchen etc. More carpets can help absorb sound, even tapestry on the walls can do that as well. Padding at the bottom of the doors will help also, esp. with energy bills ;).

Cette charmante demeure de ferme a été très récemment rénovée et ouverte comme gîte et chambre d’hôtes. La cuisine est très bien équipée et fournit du thé et des capsules de café. Lave-linge. Salon et salle à manger commune en bas. Au premier étage 4 chambres, une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire et une salle de douche. 3 WC en tout dont 2 dans les salles de bain

Le gîte se loue en entier ou chambre par chambre. Les salles de bains sont partagées (2 pour 4 chambres). Nous avons cohabité avec des hôtes discrets et sympathiques mais en fonction de sur qui on tombe la promiscuité peut être plus ou moins agréable.

Peaceful, tranquil setting. Great hosts. Beautifully renovated property. There are stables with horses for you to pet. Bathrooms have high end fixtures and fittings

It might be an issue if you would not like to see other guests as it is set up like a house where you have to walk through a kitchen and dining area to get to your room, this was not a issue for us. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the sofa in the evening and a morning coffee on the patio without being disturbed other than a passing "good morning/good evening"

The location was beautiful and peaceful yet so close to Cirencester.

It would have been helpful for the farm name to be visible before the double gates as we had to back down the country lane thinking it was the wrong address.

The location is wonderful, peaceful, literally surrounded by countryside. My room was large, spacious, perfectly equipped with views out in two different directions, again of the lovely surroundings. Well equipped kitchen and I was able to use the washing machine after a coffee spillage on a white t shirt on the way to the property. I had use of a lovely bathroom, great towels and comfortable linens. The accommodation has fairly been recently renovated and there are some bits still being finished, done to a very high standard. Andy was helpful, friendly and a great host. And for anyone who may be interested, the source of the River Thames is only a couple of miles away and the village of Ewen is architecturally perfect!

Mainly that I had to leave after only a short stay. The stairs are steep and narrow in parts. It is a very old property. Anyone with mobility issues could have a problem either with or without their case carrying. Fortunately I am very able and was so pleased to be able to stay here.

Great stay at short notice and thank you for helping us out with transport to a wedding! Highly recommend.
