The hotel was nice and compact, but we booked a room with twin beds and the management failed to inform us that this type of room has a pigeon hole of a bathroom which is less than half the size of the normal bathrooms. They also didn’t help with addressing this concern. I wouldn’t have booked the hotel if I had seen this bathroom so it’s a feedback for the hotel to be upfront with any downgrades The reception staff Fahri was exceptionally good with his service though and helped every way he could

Awesome rooftop terrace with spectacular view of port and harbour area. Morning breakfast was very well handled by the girl in charge. She was polite and super friendly. Her English was more than adequate. The entire staff was beyond reproach. Main selling point was the location.

Exceptional boutique hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was generous and fresh. The pool area was spacious with banana lounges and a luxurious day bed. We had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel

The Ena is a beautiful hotel with an amazing location. The views from the Roof Terrace where we had breakfast were amazing. The service was great - the only hiccup was that the air conditioning failed when we were there and it took the best part of 2 days to fix.

The Hotel was very clean and nice. The whole staff ensures everyone is attended to. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast was awesome, the view was breath taking. Next time we're in Bodrum, we know where to stay, at the Ena Boutique Hotel. We would like to thank the staff for making our trip so enjoyable.

Hotel in general was great. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The only thing that was bothersome was that they don’t turn on the air conditioning in April. It is a loud street and having the windows open at all times is annoying.

The hotel is very clean. Deniz the receptionist is very helpful with information and recommandations on restaurants. Restaurant staff are with a smile and a Good Morning. Everything is within walking distance.

Clean, quiet, friendly

My wife loved her stay: the warm, clean room, the friendly and accommodating staff, the tasty breakfast, the quietness of the hotel, the beautiful views.

The hotel is great, excellent pool deck, although it would be good if one could order drinks. Staff was fine, they didn't go overboard to assist with recommendations of boat trips and struggled to order a taxi for my trip to the airport. I stepped into the road and flagged one down myself. No internet in my room for the entire stay. The first night, the guy on duty offered me his phone to create a hotspot which I thought was beyond kind, but not an offer I could accept. I alerted the morning staff to the issue. Second night, the issue had not been fixed. The guy on duty was not helpful, shrugged and basically wasn't interested. I got the feeling they know there is an issue. Prior to arriving, I contacted the hotel to arrange an airport transfer, which is a service offered on the site. Was told they don't do it. I'm ok to sort my own taxi out, but they shouldn't say they do it if they can't. Not the best part of Bodrum in my opinion, but it was good to be there for a couple of days, and then move to another hotel closer to the Marina.

Hotel is in a league of it's own. Simply beautiful, great rooms, very tastfully decorated, very clean, staff is super friendly. A big thumbs up for the day time receptionist. When visiting Bodrum this is the place to stay.

The rooms are incredible, the staff is friendly and helpful…definitely staying here again. Incredible art on every wall, amazing ambiance and vibe. I was surprised just how incredible this place is. This hotel combined with day trip excursions from Sami at hotel istanköy tours down the street was the ultimate combo. Awesome private LUX adventures by day then settle into the night with this LUX hotel. 100X better than my first trip to Bodrum.
