There is a separate toilet on the main level. On the lower ground floor, you'll find another room with a ceiling height ranging from 195 to 210 cm, containing two beds (80 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower, and a separate toilet. The house has gas heating and a large terrace of 60 square meters, also south-facing.
