LIVING AREAS:
The house has a cosy living room with a 43-inch 4K SMART TV and plenty of space to sit down and relax in the evening after a long day at work.
OUTDOOR AREAS:
The dream house for a summer outdoors! We have an outdoor sofa set for 4, a sofa swing, sun-loungers and a bench for meals outdoors. There is a hot tub and a gas BBQ for your use.
DINING AREAS:
The dining room inside the house seats up to 4 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook your favourite meals whilst in Canterbury. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & washing machine.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
We have a brand new washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board for your use.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is 1 bathroom at the property with a toilet, sink and shower.
You will have full access to the entire property during your stay. From the comfortable bedrooms to the well-equipped kitchen, inviting dining area, and relaxing lounge - it's all yours to enjoy.

We are right in the heart of Canterbury whilst being easily accessible by car from the main ring road.
We are a few minutes walk from Canterbury town centre and the various sights of Canterbury including the Cathedral, Westgate Gardens and the cobbled high street! We are also directly opposite the King's School Recreation Centre which has a gym, pool, squash courts and tennis courts.
Canterbury is compact and everything is just a short walk away.
Parking - We offer free private parking for the duration of your stay from check-in until check-out. You will be sent check-in instructions which include the parking access.
RULES:
*This property is not suitable for parties! This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10pm the quiet times are to be respected.
*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £500 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.
*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.
*Please enjoy your stay and make use of the hot tub and the BBQ. We just ask that you please cover these to protect them when not in use.
T&Cs / DEPOSIT:
We require completion of our check-in form by every guest over the age of 16 staying in the property. This includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a government-issued photo ID and a card pre-authorisation of £300 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the £300, unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
EXTRAS:
If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in.
