The front terrace has a table & chairs and shaded seating area under the porch. The back terrace has a built in BBQ with chimney. The roof terrace has amazing sea views over to Fuerteventura. There is seating, a dining set and sunbeds.

Inside the house the lounge has a comfortable sofa and tv plus a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The shower room is modern & bright. The bedroom has a king size bed, large double wardrobes, bedside drawers and a chest of drawers. Outside at the back of the property is a utility room with washing machine, bbq utensils, cleaning equipment and tennis rackets.

The villa is situated on a quiet complex with a communal pool and tennis court.
It’s a perfect getaway yet close to amenities and the local bus.
The sea front is within walking distance and you can walk all the way along the sea front into town and to the Marina
The communal pool is 2 minutes from the house. The sea is a 5 minute walk away and there’s a lovely walk all the way into town along the promenade.
Flamingo beach is a 5 minute drive away or you can catch the local bus which runs every 30 minutes around Playa Blanca and costs €1.40 per trip. The bus stop is 5 minutes from the house.
There are local bars, shops and restaurants 10 minutes walk away.
I would recommend car or bike to get around as there’s so much to do and see in Playa Blanca and the Island.
Taxis are also reasonable €5 into town.
