It's a beautiful little hotel and it is my new place to stay when I am in Belize City.

I was blown away by their AMAZING out of this world customer service. Right from the beginning they made sure everything was perfect. I had booked my room in the morning and later my cousin wanted to join me, but when we checked on Expedia, there were no more rooms available. I contacted the hotel directly and they had someone just canceled their reservation so they were able to give me the room. We were very happy at that point, then, I was asked if we wanted to have the rooms next to each other, we said yes and she was able to switch rooms around so that we could be next to each other. Laura, the person that was helping us, didn’t care going above and beyond to make us happy even when we didn’t ask for it. When we arrived at our rooms, we were delighted at how BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN our rooms were. Brand new place, smelled delicious, the pool area was awesome, we were just in love with the place. My cousin comes frequently to Belize and she was amazed at how beautiful this hotel is. She never stayed in a hotel so nice in Belize. And to top it all off, we had personalized notes with a complementary delicious coconut cake, coffee and water. Laura also booked our private transportation to the airport, it was very smooth. Bottom line, best hotel experience and customer service I have ever experienced, and we have traveled a lot in the US, several countries in Europe, Caribbean and South America. We are definitely going back to The Palms Belize, I highly recommend it!
