Almost Perfection in a hotel, my room was beautiful , spacious and brand new, the hotel is only three months old. I was really struggling to find something that I didn't like, and the only thing I could really find was the Toilet Seat wasn't the best and I wish they had Large Drinking Water Bottles in every room and if not in every room in each hallway. The staff were great Especially Sofia in the Rooftop Restaurant. The one thing I did not really like about the area was the lack of more affordable dining options. Everything is built for tourism in this area and you're paying accordingly. Overall however I'd stay here again.

Horrible Management. They didnt refund the unused nights. Never provided any terms or conditions. Noone addressed my concerns. Poor Management and Administration. I wont recommend anyone staying here. Better places around that area are available. Dont book here.

We liked the property, it was pretty, we didn’t like that there were no handouts or information available. We had to take pictures of the room service menus or order at the front desk. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but was not. Coffee was supposed to be available in common area, was not. Spa was not open. Room had no information except to refill the provided water bottles, however the ice machine and water on our floor were not in service. We had a fine time at the hotel, just took a while to figure things out. Got a bottle of white wine upon arrival, however we don’t drink, but that was nice. The area has a couple great affordable restaurants that serve all day, next door. Walk to the public beach was about 10 minutes. Beach was nice, rental table and chairs available for $300 pesos. Taxi to El Centro P.V. Was about $15. $20 with tip. Taxis are easy to find anywhere. The Hotel is very new, even taxis didn’t know where it was. I think if they work out some kinks, it will be an affordable alternative to the resorts that are all over. the food and service at the hotel were very good and decently priced. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The stay was great we stayed for 5 days. For the comments about air conditioning I want to say that it does work you just have to be patient. What we would do is leave the card in while we went to the pool so when we came back the room could be fresh. The breakfast options were so yummy and the drinks were amazing. Loved it!

We booked this hotel in a pinch because our flight was cancelled and it was a great find. New, clean hotel with all the amenities. Friendly staff and right next to two restaurants. Drinks at the pool were delicious and affordable.
