Come on over and stay in this beautiful newly renovated home. Neighborhood is safe, quiet, and peaceful. It is perfectly located within short distances to top golf, Denver premium outlet mall, movie theaters, bowling alleys, restaurants, & grocery stores if needed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances as seen on the pictures and includes your major cooking and eating amenities (pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, knifes, cutting board, olive oil, wine glasses, champagne glasses, water glasses, coffee cups, ceramic flat plates, bowls etc.).

The space is accessed from the main entrance of the home. Keypad code will be provided within 48 hours of check in. Your stay will be a self check in starting around 3:00pm (earlier time can be arranged if the space is ready) and self check out at 10:00am. Ample parking spaces are available on the premises (street and driveway).

In-unit laundry is fully enclosed and runs quietly in the living/dinning area. Laundry pods, bleach, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board are all provided.

Living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings that curates a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation with your special someone, friends, and/or family. TV is equipped with a Roku stick (with subscriptions included for Disney+, Hulu, & Netflix).

There are 2 queen & 1 full size beds (3 bedrooms total) with plush mattresses and comfortable bedding in the home.

PLEASE DO NOTE:

No Guest Access to the Garage and Backyard.

I and my wife live at the lower section of the house. Completely isolated from the listing space. Our separate entrance is from the garage and backyard.

We do have actively recording camera system for the EXTERIOR of the home only.
