Welcome to Cascade Vue, an apartment complex minutes away from SeaTac Airport. The complex has three buildings and have a total of 15 units. This listing is a spacious 775 sqft unit on the top floor of a 3-level building, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Ideal for travelers and business professionals, it is well-equipped to ensure a pleasant stay!

Please note that with its proximity to SeaTac, the complex is located under a flight path and have considerable noise outside the buildings, thought it gets quieter in the evening after 10pm. The windows have been upgraded to lessen the impact and we provide earplugs for noise sensitive guests.

**Additional Disclosures**
• This unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and guests should be comfortable with stairs. This is a top-floor unit with neighbors below. With wooden floors, please be considerate of the people downstairs; no running, stomping and loud music.
• The laundry room is shared and free to use. It is located on the ground floor of each building. We provide a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, iron & ironing board for your convenience.
• Parking is included for one car. Additional parking might be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please note that there is an ongoing construction happening right next door to the building.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
