It has its bumps and bruises but we love it and we hope you do too! Gatherings, parties or social events are prohibited in our home and quiet times should be observed after 10:30pm. Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to eviction, regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported. Our home is in a residential area and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us, I hope you understand. Our standard check in time is after 3pm. Check out is before 11am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
