Step outside to your private backyard oasis, where you can take a dip in the inviting pool. Please note that while the pool is not heated, it provides a refreshing escape during warmer months. The backyard space is perfect for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the fresh air.

✩ Private parking for 2 cars + Free street parking.

Other Things to Note:
✩ Villa maintenance: Pool cleaner visits Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM, gardeners on Mondays or Tuesdays (8 am - 5 pm) without prior notice.
✩ Check-ins: Only between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM; assistance available during these hours.
✩ Guest count: Ensure correct guest number for accurate pricing; additional overnight guests not permitted.
✩ Noise policy: No music or loud noises allowed; noise detectors in living room and patio monitor decibels. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, aligning with local regulations.
