'Superhost'. Wake up to stunning views of the Coral Sea. You are 6 floors up in this recently refurbished 1BR apartment in Airlie Beach. We are located in 1 of only 2 high rise apartment buildings in Airlie Beach. In this apartment, you get the view, without having to be located and walk up a steep hill.

Enjoy a bedroom with a king-size bed (or optional twin singles), and a newly renovated bathroom. Our balcony offers views of the Port Of Airlie Marina & Coral Sea.

Onsite Thai dining. No steep hills. Just a 5-min walk to the Port of Airlie Marina and a 10-15 min walk to Main St, with Bus stop directly in front of the building.

The space:

This 1 Bedroom unit has just been renovated. It is located 6 floor up, so the views and breezes are really nice. There is an elevator which will take you up from street level or from the Ground Floor Covered Guest Car Park. Most accommodation in Airlie Beach is located on steep hills, which makes walking to and from them very demanding. Our apartment is one of the few apartments in Airlie Beach where you get stunning Sea Views, without a long, steep walk! The local Port of Airlie ferry/tours terminal and FOUR restaurants/cafe's are just a 5 minute level and newly paved walk away (plus TWO restaurants onsite or directly across the road) Keep walking past the new Port of Airlie complex and the main Airlie Beach is just another 5-10 minute walk. The apartment is ideal for those that enjoy a short level walk to everything that Airlie Beach has to offer. If you have a car, then everything is just 1-2 mins drive away.

A 40" HD Smart TV is provided as well as high speed Internet and complimentary Netflix use.

The apartment has a Kitchenette with a Fridge, Microwave, Electric Jug, Toaster, Toasted Sandwich Maker, Brita Filtered Water jug and 2 place Dining table. There is a Full Size sink, and a full set of cutlery (4pcs of everything). A portable Induction hot plate with Induction pots and pans is available for all stays over 5 days (on request).

Please Note : It is not a full kitchen if that is what you need. There a Thai restaurant in the building with Dine In and Take Out menu's and another great Breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant directly across the road. It is also just a 5 minute level walk to the Boathouse Complex in the new Port of Airlie Marina which has TWO great Breakfast and Lunch cafés and 2 great Dinner restaurants.

The tiled bathroom has just been fully renovated with the highest quality fittings. It has an easy walk in shower (but no bath).

The laundry has also been fully renovated with the highest quality fittings, including a new Miele front loading Washing Machine and supplied Laundy Liquid. The laundry is shared with the unit next door where the owners reside. Multiple Driers are also provided for guests and they are located on the ground floor.

The Guest Parking Garage is also located on the Ground Level and serviced by the Elevator.
Guest access
Easy, Self Check-In with Digital Code Smart Lock (4 digits). Guests will be automatically provided with the Smart Lock Access Code and full instructions to find the room, 2 days before arrival.
Other things to note
A great apartment for those that enjoy a short level, newly paved walk to everything that Airlie has to offer, with No Steep Hills!

Plus on site covered parking for those with a car, allowing for very quick Airlie Beach and surrounds access.
