Exactly what we wanted and as described and pictured. Best location, apartment updated and clean and beautifully decorated. Excellent and rapid response from owner. We look forward to visiting and staying there again.

Great stay. Great location. Parking space in the back was really convenient, however they had double booked the spot for the first night we were there and were forced to park on the street. It was a huge inconvenience and added an extra hour to our check in process to figure it all out and get settled. Probably wouldn't stay here again due to the unreliability and communication issues.

There are apartments on three floors so for anyone who has difficulty with stairs, you may wish to check location of your apt. Apt is located in ideal place in heart of Plateau neighborhood. Grocery at corner, patisserie a block away. We hope to return to Francois-Denis in the future.

This was a clean, very well-located apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. Check in was easy and communication was very good. We especially appreciated being able to reserve parking in the back alley. Only thing that could be improved is a coffee maker and coffee in the apartment.

Absolutely loved this property and Rue St. Denis The stay was seamless and had so many local choices for food drinks and entertainment! Great regifting and local eateries close by. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Montreal.

Nicely remodeled clean Apartments In a nice Part of. Vancouver. however, Communication is very poor And response time is inconsistent. Beware that stairs are very steep in the three floor building Which Can be a major Challenge for those with limited mobility and older guests.

Amazing second stay here! Excellent communication with management. Quiet and clean. Close to literally everything. I will stay here again and again. Love that you can pick up groceries for your own meals in the stocked kitchen so that you can splurge on a meal out later on. Highly recommend to all my friends visiting Montreal.

The appartement itself was very nice and huge. Lovely style and details. Cool bathroom. Super kitchen with everything you need. We loved the courtyard situation. The stay is well located in a beautiful street. Unfortunately the walls and floors are superthin and you can hear everything happening around you. The bed is for two people to small (when you are not a romantic cuddle couple) - only one blanket. One walllumaire had no bulb. The mirrorlight was not working. The whole lighting concept was uncomfortable (bright and cold). Please be aware of the parking situation if you book this aprtment. Its terrible. Even the inhabitants dont understand it for 100%. In the first night we received a ticket for 90CAS even if we payed correctly - watch out for the signs which tells you the "at that time parking is forbidden" - we oversaw it. Unfortuantely i asked for the parking spot when i booked via hotels.com - but i never received an answer. The communication was not good. At least they reached out to us, but to late for our questions. Overall it was ok. There is much potential but i dont know if i would book it again.

Great location! And even though the property is right on a busy street, our litte apartment (#10) was very quiet. Lots of natural light, and a little balcony as well. The windows all opened, so I could get fresh air as well. We stayed for 4 nights and there are just a few small things that would have made the stay just a little better. A few more towels (a hand towel and wash cloth would have been nice, a dish cloth and a dish towel) and a few drawers to put away clothes would have been lovely. But really, great place, I would definitely book again. Close to metro and in the heart of a beautiful walkable neighbourhood.
