I WILL BE BACK! When we arrived, we were greeted by several smiling faces. Check in was a bit lengthy but they were thorough. I am not sure if all the rooms are like this, but we booked a room that was A and B (so one main entrance "think of a foyer" and then had individual keys for room A and room B. Room A in our case had a full kitchen, double or full size pull out couch, dining table for 4, 2 additional chairs for sitting around the TV, TV in the living room, a bathroom with doors connecting to the main area and the main bedroom, main bedroom with a king size bed, dresser, and nightstands, with access to the patio from the main bedroom along with access to the main living area. The other room "B" had a kitchenette, pull out couch, queen size bed, bathroom, and access to a private patio. So, overall, it was an impressive set up for my family of 5 plus my mother-in-law to have her separate space. Vacation Village at Parkway, takes a refundable deposit (granted unless there is damage) upon check in. In addition, regardless of if you use the amenities or not, they also have a resort fee daily. They have multiple pools, an arcade, and daily activities. They have a very detailed binder with information on local places to eat, things to do, etc. They provide wi-fi as well. The room had the basics such as plates/cups, utensils, laundry detergent, broom, etc. I do recommend that they provide a mop for spills because we all know they will happen with children.

Everything was perfect from the room to the amenities. We lucked out and stayed in the building by the playground which the kids enjoyed.

We had a great time, apartaments Are spacious and it’s very close to Disney parks. Recommended.

This was our second time celebrating my wife birthday here an we loved again. Very homely feel provided with everything yu need.
The staff was amazing to we got a lil too tipsy a lock our keys in the room. They enjoyed a laugh with us an unlocked the door for.

The property is beautiful, but the staff are rude. It took 2 days for housekeeping to bring me blankets, toilet paper, and clean towels. The signal went out on our tv and the supervisor said it was all of Florida but there tvs were on in the lobby. The pool was closed for a whole day because of “rain” but it never rained and it was sunny out. When you call the front desk and ask questions they are very rude. The elevator broke and they didn’t have any caution up and if I wouldn’t have got off before the door closed who knows what would’ve happened. They never came to clean up my room and I was here for 10 days. They’re hot tub jets weren’t working and again when you ask what’s going on they are rude and make excuses up. The pools are beautiful overall but the staff aren’t.

I have a family of eight I like the fact that the rooms are big enough to accommodate us comfortably. Our room was clean and up to date. The hot tub in the master room was a plus. Our room was located next to everything the pool, amenities and, activities within 20 minutes. Hotel staff are super nice and helpful. I could went without being asked to do a time share several times.

The property was well kept, the rooms are spacious, parking was a breeze, the staff was friendly, check in literally took about 5 minutes, I can go on all day about the things I loved about this place. I have a big family and I always have a hard time finding places to stay that can accommodate all of us. The limit is almost always 7 people per room. Vacation Village at Parkway was very accommodating. I feel like I got way more than my monies worth in space alone. There was enough of everything in this two bedroom unit for us, which is a first! I’m talking extra pillows, blankets……the works! I didn’t even need the blankets I usually have to travel with! Just gone head and book your stay!

Warning to anyone staying here. While the price may seem nice this is a time share. If you are not an owner they will put you in an old room that the owners dont want. The toliet in our bathroom we had to practically manually flush as the flapper and plunger would get stuck. The microwave did not work and the sliding glass doors did not slide. When i told the front the workers response was, is that all? While checking in I asked for a newer building and the guy told me he had no rooms available and as he was making my key the couple next to me asked for the new buildings and the lady said sure no problem. I asked him about it and he ignored me. Just know you will not be a priority here if you are not an owner. You would think they would try to make you fall in love with the place and give you anything so you want to buy in. Nope not here.

This place was great! Just stayed for 2 nights. Our suite was spacious, clean and quiet. One shopping order from a local store and we never moved the car! Can’t wait to come back!!
