The unit was very clean and tidy. The beds were so comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay. Lillian made it so easy for us and was so helpful and friendly in all of our communication. The pool looked lovely but we just did not get a chance to use it. Had an allocated parking space in secure parking. Thank you for a great stay.

Montego Sands is in a quiet side street and only a hundred metres or so from the beach. There is underground parking in a designated bay and both the wi-fi and cable TV were good. The swimming pool was small and looked unappealing. The rooms are spacious and although a bit tired looking they are comfortable enough.

This property was perfect for what I needed. It was ideal cos I like to cook and everything was available to me and my needs. It was easy to find, had a parking space and it was central to my needs

Liked the decor. At the moment the high rise development alongside didn’t help. Will be a better site when development completed.

I used to enjoy staying here as it is small and cozy but the construction of a huge skyscraper next door not only had created noise issues but also blocks the sun. I stayed in 2 different apartments and both needed updating. Bedside lamps that wee filthy and falling apart is not acceptable at the prices which have doubled. Regretfully I will be looking elsewhere next year.

The design of the complex did not allow for much privacy

It felt like a resort, despite its age. Management staff were accommodating and it is so convenient to the beach and Broadbeach restaurants, Will stay there again.

It was close to everything and really good value for money with being fully self contained!

Overall place was good, I found a few rubbish around the apartment, location was great... some yelling happening by tenants and the property managers not really nice to hear...

The property was a two bed split over two floors and close to major shopping and eating places. On site parking helped and for those who like beach it was a short walk away. Terry was the contact there and he was friendly and honest. Very nice stay and would used again next time we are in OZ and the Gold Coast.

Room needed renovating- carpet was disgusting, couches were ripped. Living space very tiny. Location was great- beach 50m walk and 5mins in either direction to patrolled surf beaches and surf clubs as well as Pacific Fair shopping centre.
