You get exactly what you see in the pictures. It is an amazing apartment in a very quiet area. Very comfortable will all the basic needs. Perfect for families and ya can drive around the area to all the parks and cenotes

This "condo" was excellent for our family of six. Extremely clean and well kept, very cool decor. Upon arrival, which was around 1:30am-ish, the evening guard, Josue, welcomed us, gave us our condo key and gave us a full rundown of the condo and amenities. We have child that requires a very strict diet and at that hour I asked Josue about a place to eat and the type of meal our son requires. I was utterly amazed at how he went above and beyond in trying to locate a restaurant with the type of food our son could eat even at that time of night. I could not thank Josue enough for what he did, as a parent you are forever thankful. Also, we had contact with Rosy prior to our arrival, she responded to my messages almost immediately. She provided a wealth of services available and a great itinerary for our family with four children to go out and explore. Our housekeeping young lady also went above and beyond in coming through when we asked for certain items during our stay. I can't speak enough of all the great folks at Mudra Tulum. P.S. You'll also love the pizza restaurant down the street from them. Sending a tall high five to all and THANK YOU...

Mudra was so welcoming to someone who was taking his first trip to Mexico! Rosy was the absolute best when it came to getting us taxis, giving us amazing places to go see, setting up our covid test, as well as helping us with a shuttle back to the airport! I highly recommend this place! Amazing workout facility as well as pool area! Thank you Mudra !

Very beautiful hotel and wonderful and helpful staff! Very clean and spacious. Would 10/10 stay here again!

As soon as we got to Tulum we parked and we were robbed at gun point. Dangerous neighborhood and their cameras did not work even though they had three cameras at the main entrance. Never had such a bad experience could’ve been killed!

Horrible customer service the lady literally went at 11 am to our room and went in when I was taking a shower banging on the door and yelling and yelling at us to leave the room at 11 am

I just stayed at Mudra to celebrate my 30th birthday with a group of friends and had a really beautiful and spacious penthouse and incredible service. The parking was on site and only 15 minute drive to the beaches where everything was going on. Also there’s a grocery store nearby so that was helpful. We felt very safe since they were strict about who comes onto the property so overall it was a really nice experience. The best part of Mudra was Rosy!!! She reached out prior to our arrival and made reservations for restaurants and beach club, called a taxi whenever we wanted to go out and on top of all that, she decorated the penthouse for my 30th birthday and made me feel so so special. We loved Mudra and Rosy’s hospitality was the highlight!!

Extra bonus points for Rosy the concierge who was super kind and helpful. She really went the extra mile to support our needs. Recommend highly for a quiet, clean, spacious apartment stay in the super cool La Veleta.

Great service and staff. We received an upgrade to a larger apartment, though the apartment needed some extra care. The fixtures in the bathroom were not clean and the couch/pillows had stains. It rained heavily and there was some leakage in the apartment. The staff were very responsive and helpful, offering to arrange transportation, coordinate tours and such.

Fantastic new facility, with beautiful apartment, pool and outdoor area. Fabiola, at front desk, was service oriented, super helpful and gave good recommendations. We would be more than happy to come back.
