We planned a last minute trip for a football game. We wanted to stay close to the stadium and with this gem we were close to the casino as well! The room gives you exactly what you need.. a place to stay. Now, they don’t offer breakfast but have a mini grocery store if you want to cook or eat at the hotel. Beyond that, there are so many food options in walking distance. It’s affordable, nice, the staff was amazing, and the scent when you walk in the front doors is completely inviting. We will definitely rebook for our next family trip.

New hotel so maybe start up issues but the front desk staff was not good. We arrived at 3:00 (check in time) along with many other guests as we were all going to attend the Monday Night Football game at the nearby stadium. We were informed rooms were not ready. They then allowed guests who waited the lobby to check in and those who left were put in the end of the line. Many were unable to check in before the game and had to wait until late in the night. It was very unorganized. Check in included just giving the keys, no explanation of amenities or property. They do not provide hair conditioner or body lotion. The towels were brand new even with fresh lint on them. Beds and sheets were great and room was clean. Would try to stay elsewhere next time I visit Glendale.

Well to begin I never take time out to post on any hotels. But this hotel deserves their props. Leo the front guy really was a great help. He made our stay extremely very pleasant. Not to forget the other front girl Genesis she helped me get personal copies I urgently needed to fly out. If I can only tell you what a great place for the price. Oh, I forgot to mention the rooms and beds are so nice and comfortable. I hope this helps.

Hotel room was comfortable, room looked like it was cleaned in a hurry and not completely cleaned.
