Guests will have access to all spaces inside the unit 4 except for those that are locked. The outdoor firepit is shared between all four units and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Enjoy, and bring your own firewood! Guests will have access to one designated parking spot on the property. Public parking is abundant and just a short walk away.

Your journey begins with a smooth check-in! The code to enter your cozy retreat will be sent in the check-in instructions 24 hours before your arrival. Remember to press the check mark button on the keypad after entering the code.

🔐 Check-Out Made Simple:
As you prepare to leave, please lock any keys (if applicable) and the smart lock for home security. Load all used dishes into the dishwasher and start a cycle to help our cleaners prepare for the next guest.

❄️ Check Thermostats and AC Units:
For summer stays, turn off the AC units before leaving. For winter stays, set the heat to 60 degrees. A quick check of these settings helps maintain comfort for future guests.

⏰ Late Check-Outs & Cleaning Harmony:
Enjoy a late check-out until 11 AM at no extra charge if it fits with the cleaners' schedule. Anything beyond 11 AM is available at half the rate of the next night. Your cooperation helps ensure a fresh start for every guest.
