Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Arvada, Colorado! This spacious and tastefully decorated tri-level house is ideal for families and groups seeking a relaxing retreat with modern conveniences and a touch of charm. We are also pet friendly (2 dog max)!

The Space:
Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Although there is a 4th bedroom that is not available for guest use, you’ll have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your stay.

The layout includes:
- Upstairs: Two cozy bedrooms (king and queen beds) and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo unit.
- Main Level: An inviting living area and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities conveniently located in the kitchen area.
- Lower Level: A private bedroom featuring an adjustable queen size bed and its own bathroom, offering added comfort and privacy.

Outdoor Spaces:
Enjoy the best of Colorado’s outdoor living with our charming private backyard, complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The large front patio provides additional outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing with a book. The xeriscaped yard add a touch of low-maintenance beauty to the property.

- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes modern appliances and a laundry area.
- Comfortable Bedrooms: Featuring high-quality bedding and the adjustable bed in the lower level bedroom for added comfort.
- Pet-Friendly: We welcome your furry friends (2 dog maximum) for an additional fee of $30 per pet per night, with a maximum fee of $200.
