Wonderfully pretty cottage in a amazingly scenic village. Lots to do near by and then coming home to this beautiful home made it a perfect visit for us. Loads of walks near by, plenty of shops pubs and restaurants. Woke every morning to bird song! Lovely stay!

We spent a week at the cottage over the Easter break and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. A lovely well stocked cottage in walking distance of the town centre. We will be back.

The listing of the property looks great however it is even nicer in reality. Very well equipped and a real home from home. As a family of 4 generations it was perfect for us. Thank you

A phenomenal quaint, well stocked and tastefully decorated home. As a family of three generations we had a brilliant week. The location is great to explore the area whilst the property is also cozy for the wet afternoons where you just want to read a book in front of the log fire. Pre-arrival details were excellent. I cannot rate Lynsey highly enough.

This lovely cottage was booked so we could explore Bourton on the Water. It was one of the most prettiest cottages we have stayed in (as is the village), and would highly recommend it. Lynsey was super to deal with and very helpful - a big 'Thank you' from Debi, Lesley and Amanda.

A beautiful property, ideally situated for walking into Bourton on the water. Couldn't fault it.

Fantastic experience all round; Lynsey was brilliant from start to finish and the property was first class. Bourton makes a great base for exploring the Cotswolds.

Fabulous property and location.

We had a really lovely holiday in Spring Cottage. Communication with the property owners was excellent and we received an email with very detailed checking in information, directions to the property, and a list of everything that is supplied there so we knew exactly what we needed to take. It’s a very well maintained, exceptionally clean, comfortable property in a great location, just 6 minute walk to Bourton-on-the-Water High Street. We didn’t need to use the car at all during our stay as it’s only a short walk to bakery/Londis in the High Street or 10 minute walk to the Co Op Supermarket.

We had a 10 day holiday with my wife and 20 month old daughter. The house has everything you could possibly need, and the location is perfect. We hardly drove anywhere with a great pub across the road for takeaway food and drinks, and the village centre only 5 minutes walk. The little playground at the back of the house was excellent, our daughter loved it. Lynsey was great answering any questions leading up to our arrival, and during our stay. We were sad to leave.

Perfectly situation just on the outside of the busy but beautiful village of Bourton, the cottage was excellent. Well decorated and really well laid out, comfortable bed, sheets and towels. For the children there is a secret garden gate which backs on to a playground and a larger field. Very cozy dining terrace and all amenities in the cottage were great standard. Perfect!

Spring Cottage is a perfectly situated gem. Beautifully finished. Nicely layed out and very well equipped. Perfect for a family break. We look forward to visiting again.

This cottage was everything we wanted and so much more. The information email before arrival had lots of useful info and listed many of the items included at the cottage which saved us having to pack more then needed. The 2 pint of milk and tea, coffee and sugar were very welcome after a long drive. The chocolate and fresh flowers were lovely touches. The place was spotless and you would never know that dogs often stay too. The town was a short walk away and easy drives to other beautiful places to visit. We had a perfect Mother (87) and daughters (66 & 55) relaxing break away together. Only slight disappointment was that mum couldn’t manage the stairs to the loft room with the en-suite but my sister had that and mum had the double with me in the singles. Wish the weather had been better to enjoy the garden more but maybe next time. Thank you

The pictures do not do the property justice. The whole house is lovely, very well maintained and spacious inside. We didn’t realise how big the lounge/dining:/kitchen area was until we arrived. You are a short walk from the town and an easy drive from many others small villages in the Cotswolds. We will definitely be staying again!

Spring cottage is even prettier than the pictures. The attention to detail is noticable and everything is very clean. Lynsey is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely go back if we are ever again in the area.

Everything in the cottages was perfectly ok. Everything of which you can think, is available. Our daughter also loved the playing field which was just reachable via a door in the garden, so perfectly safe as well. And on top of this, it is a perfect location to visit the Cotswolds.

Beautiful cottage and garden. A comfy stay. Our daughter loved having a park at the bottom of the garden. Quick walk into the village. A pub across the road which is always a bonus! Great location to explore the Cotswolds.

An immaculately clean, comfortable, cozy home with a perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds. Good restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in Spring Cottage for two weeks and loved every minute of it. Thanks Lynsey and Darren for all your efforts to make our stay comfortable.

Spring cottage is a lovely house to stay in . Immaculate , clean and in a great location . Bourton is such a beautiful village and lots to see and do on your doorstep . This is our second visit to Bourton and our second stay in one of Lynsey’s cottages , we stayed in jasmine cottage last year but came with our dog this year so stayed in spring cottage , Sky loved the huge garden and field that leads directly out from the back gate . Its home from home and everything you can think of is in the cottage ! Very cosy and homely . If you want to visit the Cotswolds I would urge you to stay in Bourton and in one of the two cottages Lynsey has . You will not be disappointed

A cosy and thoroughly well thought out spotless cottage perfectly positioned for walks around the village and along the river and across the road from a fantastic pub and restaurant. Loved it!

Fantastic cottage so homely and cosy we would definitely have stayed longer if work wasn’t calling. Very clean with all the conveniences. Very helpful recommendations by the owners as well. Greatly located as well.
