Welcome to your new home close to Lejeune, Beaches, and Boat Ramps! A centrally located community pool, open during warm months, is chief among the amenities in the Bridgeport neighborhood. In addition to gorgeously crafted homes and amenities, Bridgeport is situated in a great location only 10 minutes from the back gate of Camp Lejeune and close to water, so many residents have boats. There are several marinas for storage in the area and a nearby public boat ramp. (You may store your trailered boat on the property, but it must be behind the home inside the back yard fence). Sneads Ferry is a small town but has a plethora of local shops and restaurants for residents to enjoy.
The name of this home is Solla Sollew. If you aren’t familiar with the term, it’s from Dr. Suess and it means “a place of hope and wonder where breezes are warm, and people are kind”. This home and the surrounding community certainly live up to that. The open floor plan allows for plenty of family time. The eat-in kitchen with both a kitchen island and dining room table and living room complete with a desk for anything from homework to working from home. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub/ shower. The hall bath also has a bathtub shower.
Pets are Not Allowed.
There is a large fenced in backyard with a propane grill. If the beach is your happy place look no further, this home is only a 10-minute drive to the closest public access on North Topsail Beach.
Accepting either monthly or a shorter stay.
SEASONAL PROGRAM 2024-2025 POLICIES
• Applicant must be at least 25 years of age.
• No Consigners
• $50 Application Fee for all New Adult Tenants. Tenant must pass Background and Credit Check
• A Credit Card Authorization Form is required.
• A copy of Drivers License is required.
• Security Deposit and Booking Fee are due upon lease execution.
• Employment Verification is required. If your employer uses The Work Number, tenant must pull their own report. If SCR is required to pull the report, there will be an additional $60 charge passed onto the tenant.
• All Fees and First Month’s rent are due 30 days before arrival.
• Rent will be drawn from Tenant’s credit card on the first of each month.
• Lease term is between 30 days-7 months, depending on which property you choose. Lease Term will be stated in your lease and check out date and time are firmly enforced. This property returns to weekly rate vacation rentals in May.
• Per NC law, any lease over 91 days does not have to pay 13% occupancy tax. If the term is 9o days or less, a 13% tax applies to all rents and fees.
• Required Fees: $150 Booking Fee, $300 Non Refundable Pet Fee per dog, if applicable. Departure Deep Clean Calculated by size of House. Excessive Use of Electric or Water Calculated by size of House. Sales Tax if Lease is under 91 days. All Fees will be stated in the lease.
• If necessary, Any utility overages will be drawn from Tenant’s credit card monthly.
• Stays of over 31 days: Deposit is equal to one month rent. Tenant must return Move-in Report noting any damage within 5 days of check-in.
• 30 day Lease: Damage Deposit is $500. Tenant must return Move-in Report noting any damage within 5 days of check-in.
• You are renting a privately owned, fully furnished beach house or condo for the winter season only. No personal furniture or appliances can be moved into the property by the Tenant. The owner’s furniture may not be rearranged or removed.
• Please bring your own sheets and towels. Comforters and Pillows are provided.
• Any water bill and any electric bill has excessive use clause as follows:
