This distinctive penthouse apartment, located in the thriving West End Precinct, checks all the right boxes.
As soon as you exit the lift and enter the apartment, you'll be impressed.
The open-concept living and dining area on the first level has floor to ceiling windows that look out onto Light Square. Enter a modern commercial kitchen with a steam oven, dishwasher, enormous 900 mm oven and hotplates, and stylish stainless steel benches and cupboards. There is a large pantry and two sizable storage rooms.
You then proceed into your second living/dining area. From here, you may access the rooftop deck and private pool. Please note the pool is not heated. This level also contains a toilet and powder room, laundry and wet shower and toilet for use when outside.
You can access the upstairs bedrooms through the spiral staircase. The enormous master bedroom has space for a desk where you can work while admiring the views of Light Square. His and hers baths and vanities make the bathroom magnificent. Huge walk in a robe. The second and third bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms and built-in robes.
This property offers a secured garage for 2 vehicles at $15 per car per night.
Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard.

Kindly note that due to the architecture of the building, bird droppings on the exterior windows may be visible and these cannot easily be cleaned regularly.
You will be asked to agree to a standard terms and conditions form upon booking. We are unable to list it directly here. You may be asked to provide your ID and proof of payment before check-in. Should you have any issues with the T&Cs you may cancel immediately free of charge.
We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds.
All bookings require a $1,000 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
