Queen Floor Mattress or Queen Air Bed – For guests who have a group of 8 individuals, a Queen Airbed or Queen Floor Mattress will be provided depending on what is available. It will be provided if requested. You must notify me of your need for an Airbed/Floor Mattress in advance.

Entertainment -- Super High Speed Starlink WIFI and 4 HDTVs with Roku streaming devices (guest mode).

Laundry: Washer and dryer units are located inside and outside of the properties with all the detergent and fabric softener you'll need.

Parking: free parking available onsite.

You are booking the main house and cottage of our triplex property.

The main house's entrance is through the front door with a smart lock. The Cottage house entrance is through the driveway gate; follow signs to walk around the path to the door. Your code will be sent to you within 3 days of your arrival.

There is a Studio unit attached to our Cottage, which has a long-term tenant, who is super sweet and helpful.

Guests are also welcome to use 4 complimentary bikes that are in the shed.

You have 100% privacy for both units throughout your stay.

4 min (1.1 mi) to Rosebowl by car or 20 min (1.0 mi) in walking distance.

These units are in a very quiet neighborhood and we would like to keep it this way.

If you need to check-in earlier than my listed check-in time or need to check-out later than my listed check-out time, our cleaners charge $25 per hour that will be collected after booking.
