This luxurious penthouse condo in Fernie offers 1865 square feet of space, professionally cleaned and sanitized for your peace of mind. Just 5 min. drive from downtown and the ski hill, it features secure underground parking, an elevator, and all amenities including a 45' pool, hot tub, gym, steam room, and in-suite washer/dryer.

Enjoy grand views of the ski hill and Elk River Valley from this very quiet building. Fernie is ideal for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, fishing, and more.

Experience the epitome of luxury in this expansive penthouse condo, ideally situated near downtown Fernie. Within a leisurely 25-minute walk, you can explore a variety of restaurants and unwind at a nearby spa. For outdoor enthusiasts, the ski resort is a quick 5-minute drive, while the serene river is just a short 5-minute stroll away.

This stunning condo boasts two generously sized bedrooms on the main floor, complemented by a pullout couch in the living room. Upstairs, a spacious loft awaits, featuring a Queen bed and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top, accommodating larger groups with ease.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped to cater to any culinary endeavor and perfect for hosting memorable gatherings. Step onto the balcony to soak in panoramic views of Fernie's picturesque surroundings, complete with a BBQ grill and comfortable patio furniture for enjoying al fresco dining amidst breathtaking scenery.

Bed configurations:
- Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, T.V. with large ensuite boasting a jetted tub and separate shower.
-The second main bedroom features a queen-sized bed.
-The second bathroom is a full 3-piece bath with a tub/shower combo.
-The living room has a pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests.
- Upstairs Loft: 1 Queen bed + 1 bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top), the loft area also has its own T.V.

Guests have full private access to the condo. The pool, spa, sauna and gym are shared with owners and other guest of the Silver Rock property.

Guests are encouraged to contact Maureen, the owner of Elevated Rentals, at any time throughout their stay. Maureen can be easily reached via phone, email, or through the designated app for seamless communication and prompt assistance.
- Quiet time is from 11pm - 8 am, this includes the
common areas, hallways, etc. Also, please do not allow your children to play or run in the hallways
- The pool and gym areas are open daily from 6 am–11:00 pm. Timers on the doors
- The hot tub area is open daily from 7:30 am – 11:00 pm. Timers on the doors
- No smoking, no alcohol nor food, pets nor glassware allowed in pool, hot tub and gym areas
- No smoking allowed in front of the building, by the front doors, nor in common areas nor suite balconies
-SMOKING ALLOWED ONLY at designated area currently benches by Rock Garden.
- No pets
- No parties
- No sports equipment inside the unit, use ski lockers in the garage to store your skis or snowboard
- Ski boots and snowboard boots are not permitted to be worn in the building.
- No bicycles allowed on the balconies
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building. (If you are found to track excessive grime into the building you may accrue a fine)
Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations.
- The orange key fob is used to access the pool area, the gym, and communal laundry room.
-The black fob and white key card give you access the to building and the unit.
-The remote give you access to the underground parking.
- If any of the fobs, key card or remote are missing after check out you will be charged a replacement fee of $108 plus GST.
- Parking for one car is permitted in the underground parking, additional vehicles may park in the outside parking lot. You may have a boat in the parking lot for no longer than 14 days. The license plate must be registered ahead of time.

Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

COAL/ DIRT SURCHARGE:
- A minimum of $50/hr. will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require to get steam cleaned.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $200 per bed if the linens/towels are stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
