Bedroom layout: There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside the main house, and 3 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms outside the house, in the converted garage.

The Villa features a spacious living room with direct access to the back patio. The kitchen is connected to the living room and dining room area. As for the outdoor space, there is a deck, lounge and jacuzzi to lean back and have fun.

- There are several space heaters in the house for your convenience.

- Check-ins are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is only available during these hours to assist with any issues that may come up, so in order to offer you the best experience, check-in outside of these set of hours will be not authorized.
- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed, and that there is an extra charge.
- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.

Home rules: 
- Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.
- Enforcing the same city rules, there are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.
