Os funcionários são excelentes, simpáticos e muito solícitos. A estrutura de segurança também é muito boa.

Travesseiros péssimos, roupas de cama e banho encardidas, toalha de banho puída. Limpeza fraca do banheiro.

Great location, easy access to main avenues. Staff is very nice and helpful. Honest breakfast.

There’s no insulation on the walls, so you can hear everything in your floor. The pillows are very poor, and the minibar just had Coke and juice, no water. The property is not old, but it’s in need for some repairs.

Breakfast and location were good. Staff were okay.

Bathroom walls and floors were dirty, poor towels, ragged bed sheets, and pillows. It's over past the time for renovation.

The hotel is very beautiful and confortable. The entrance of the hotel is very nice and also have some stores on the sorrounding areas. The location is very near the Ananhanguera Highway but not so near of downtown, but even so, there is a big shopping center nearby and many options at places close to the hotel. The elevators are very good.

The breakfast is good, but nothing special, very basic. The pillow is very low, if you are used with high pillow, it´s good to talk with the staff. The staff also was not so good. The bar of the hotel lobby is very expensive, with few options and the orders take too much time. The cleaness is good, but not so much.

The parking system. We must pay every 24 hours to renew the ticket. The cost of a regular coffe (Nespresso) is 7,00 BRL. It is very expensive. (They don’t have a machine for a common Expresso). They just have a Nespresso home version in the lobby bar.
