Summary:
This is the perfect Kiwi bach for familes as it is close enough to town to walk but far enough to have some relaxing time away. This is the perfect spot if you're looking for the essentials with a great location for a reasonable price in the beautiful town of Wanaka.
Your furry friend is welcome to join you during your stay, but please not in the bedrooms or on the furniture.
**Stays longer than 5 nights may incur additional linen or cleaning charges**
The Space:
This property is across 2 floors.
Upstairs - master king bedroom with jacuzzi style tub in the ensuite and "kids' room which has a superking bed and two singles.
Downstairs - featuring two queen bedrooms and a split bathroom / toilet on one side of the house. The kitchen and living room featuring all of the essentials and a wood fire.
Laundry - Washing machine (free) is located just inside the front door. There is a drying line outside in the fenced in lawn.
Guest Access:
Entire house - 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs sleeping a total of 9 guests.
The Neighborhood:
Situated near the sports fields and just a short walk away from the disc golf course, this property is nicely settled on Aubrey Rd which is an ideal location to be close enough to walk to Wanaka Centre but also far enough away to have a peaceful escape
Getting Around:
Short walk to Wanaka Centre. There are 2 parking spots on premise and free parking just across the street near the sports fields.
Other Things to Note:
The jacuzzi tub upstairs does take most of the hot water in the cylinder, so if it is going to be used, be mindful that hot water may take awhile to come back for use.
Stays longer than 5 nights may incur additional costs, this will be discussed via Airbnb message.
Due to council regulations, we have a maximum occupancy of 9 guests so one bed may be left unmade, if you have a preference on which one specifically please message me when booking
