Gorgeous stay during my solo trip to the city. The whole team were so warm and welcoming, the pool and spa are so relaxing and my room ( thank you for the upgrade) was absolutely gorgeous! I feel totally revived!

Hotellet ligger ca 10 minuters gångavstånd från Centralstationen och är enkelt att hitta. Servicen i "receptionen" var utmärkt. Rummet var rent och snyggt. Internet fanns, men via kabel och den hämtar man i receptionen.

This was a very nice hotel however, they have a horrible problem with homelss people around the hotel. A gang of young men and dogs were right outside the hotel 24 hours a day - yes they pulled out mattrasses and sleeping bags at night. During the day they harrassed us for money every time we came and went from the hotel until we began walking an extra block out of the way to avoid them.\nIt is a shame for such a nice hotel to have this problem but until they resolve it I would not recommend staying there.

The Palacio San Martin is a great price/value hotel. It is walking distance to much of what there is to do and near 2 Metro lines. At the same time it isn't on a loud, busy street. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby too.

This was our second stay at the Intur Palacio.The staff, location and accomodations were great.The staff spoke some English, and patiently allowed you to practice your rusty Spanish.The room was clean and fine, but the bath was tight.The location was great (near metro (Callao), Plaza Mayor, Cortes Inglis, Puerta del Sol) and walking distance to Palacio Real, Opera, Rastro.Check out the FREE adjunct Thyssen gallery across the plaza.Remember the ""Do Not Disturb"" sign if you want to sleep in. We'd stay here again.
