Gas central heating throughout property. Easy to use dial to turn on and off.

All bed linens are provided along with hairdryer, iron, ironing board and laundry facilities.

Please note this property is on the third floor of building with no lift. There is also a pub on ground floor which has live music wednesday - sundays - this does cease by 10pm. It is a central and therefore lively location and whilst we do our best to ensure a restful and comfortable interior some of the exterior noises can be outwith our control.

Plenty of local on street free parking options within walking distance.

No Smoking allowed inside or throughout the building. Sadly we do not accept pets.
No parties or unauthorised guests -  cctv does monitor the main front door for access only.
