This home sleeps up to 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms and the sofa sleeper in the 4th floor living space.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There are exterior security cameras located in at the front door, and back deck.
- The home has 3 full bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo.
- The 4th floor living space has a Queen size sofa sleeper.
- 1 small parking space, appropriate for small to medium SUVs, is available in the driveway. Larger vehicles can park on the street where permitting allows.
- Washer and dryer in unit available for guest use.
