Come unwind at Fairmount Cabin, a 7-acre Benton home nestled in the woods, offering plenty of space and privacy. This is a wonderful place to enjoy with loved ones or just to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The Cabin is located 7 minutes from Ricketts Glen State Park where you can enjoy hiking, fishing, and boating/swimming during the summer months. For hunters, State Game Lands #13 is within 25 minutes. For guests with kiddos, Knoebel's Amusement Park is only 50 minutes away.
The space
This is a 2-bedroom home with open living areas, perfect for family gatherings. The downstairs bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed and is situated next to the kitchen and bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is ideal for children and young adults and includes 2 Twin-sized beds, a reading nook, LED lights, and a VHS/DVD player. There is a Full-sized futon in the second living room where additional guests can sleep in front of the fireplace.

This is a pet-friendly home but pets must be disclosed upon booking your reservation.

Cell phone service in the area varies by carrier. Calls can be made through Wi-Fi calling feature on smartphones.

There is plenty of wildlife in the surrounding area, and they can sometimes wander on the property -- squirrels, mice, deer, bears. If you see a wild animal, please do not approach it for your own safety. Very importantly, I do not permit any food or other smelly items to be left outside as this may cause issues with the animals.

There are two security cameras on the exterior of the home.
