The space
We’re excited to welcome you to our cosy home in Margate, just a stone’s throw from the beach and local attractions.
This unique place has a charming and eclectic style of its own. Located in a beautifully restored Grade 2 listed house, our flat is a place of romance and charm to unwind and recharge with the wonders of the seaside experience close at hand.
Situated in Hawley Square at the doorstep of the gorgeous greenery, the property is less than five minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, Dreamland, and the historic Old Town with a selection of boutique and vintage shops and attractions including the popular Turner Contemporary gallery.
The property contains a total of 1 master bedroom, 1 small single bedroom, a living area with sofa bed, dining area, kitchen and 1 bathroom.
Apartment Layout:
Enter through the street door and into the hallway, leading on to the kitchen with breakfast bar and 2 stools, oven, stovetop, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and all the kitchen essentials you need such as toaster, kettle, air-fryer, coffee machine and more.
To the left you will find our stylish and cosy lounge, containing a dining table with benches, comfy sofa bed, a collection of smaller tv chairs and pouffes, rug, lamp, and a TV.
Past the lounge, you will discover the main bedroom, containing a lavish king sized bed for your ultimate comfort, as well as a mirror, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and a reading chair by the window. The main bedroom leads on to an en-suite bathroom, containing walk-in shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
To the left of the lounge you will find another small bedroom containing a fold-out single bed, lamp and bedside table.
You will have access to the entire property. I won’t be around but Pass The Keys will be managing the property on my behalf and will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may need.
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the initial days of your stay. Should you require more, it is only a 3 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.
The property does not have an allocated parking space however paid parking can be found directly outside the property, in a nearby car park and free parking within 10 minutes walk on local residential streets.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property. The apartment is accessed through its own private door on Hawley Square.
Other things to note
● Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £65 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
● Parties and smoking will not be tolerated- an extra fee of £250 will apply should any house rules be broken.
Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
