Apartment of approximately 65m² air-conditioned, facing south and composed of an entrance with storage, a spacious living room with dining table, sofa beds 140x190 cm and TV, an American kitchen equipped with dishwasher, large American fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, traditional oven and hob opening onto the terrace of approximately 50m². An air-conditioned bedroom with double bed 160x200cm, storage cupboard, a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. A separate toilet.
An additional bedroom, in another building of the condominium, is available on request. It consists of an entrance with storage cupboard, a 140x190 cm bed with a mini fridge, and a bathroom with toilet.
Shared parking in the residence. WIFI included and eco-friendly fiber bed linen offered.
Ideally located 5 minutes by car from Monaco and the Parc des Oliviers with direct access from the residence to the customs path leading on foot to the beach (10 min), to the SNCF train station, to the villa E-1027 of the artist Le Corbusier and to the tennis court of the Country Club of Monaco (40 min). Shops nearby.
