Nestled in a quiet residential area just a 10-minute walk from Inverness city centre, Ness on the Lane is a charming period home brimming with character, offering an unforgettable stay.
Inside, the quirky design creates a memorable experience. With five super-king bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen diner, and a separate living room, there’s ample space for the whole family to relax after a day of adventure. The property also boasts an enclosed garden with a hot tub, off-street parking, Sky Sports, and an EV charger.
Upon entering, a spacious hallway leads you from the front porch into the inviting living room. Here, you’ll find a 55” smart TV with Sky TV, including Sky Sports, and a beautiful pink period fireplace (please note, the fire is not operational).
At the rear of the property, the open-plan kitchen diner opens out to the lovely garden through patio doors. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer dryer, and Nespresso coffee machine, while the large dining table comfortably seats 10, making it the perfect spot for your group to gather and socialise.
On the ground floor, there’s a super-king bedroom with a 55” smart TV, along with a funky bathroom featuring a roll-top bath and walk-in shower, completing the downstairs accommodation.
Upstairs, original artwork guides you to four spacious bedrooms, each with super-king beds. The rooms are individually styled to add unique charm to this stunning home. Two en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity unit ensure everyone’s comfort.
