The house does not have a private beach access path, due to erosion, but there is a beach access path two houses down. The exterior of "Isola Palma" at 114 Ocean Boulevard is a resort unto itself. Dual full-width porches grace both the front and back. The beachside includes a large screened porch on the first level and an oversized sunbathing deck on top (connected by a spiral staircase). The first level hosts the elegant infinity edge private pool and bar-b-q/wet bar platform overlooking the beach.
